I moved to Wisconsin in 2000 and my wife, Leticia, in 2009. We were always looking for good tortillas, but never found them. So we rented a garden plot in the Moorland Community Garden on the South Side of Madison and started planting organic corn.

Then as we grew more and more, we moved to the Farley Center in 2016. We planted three acres, now we plant more than eight. We knew we had a great opportunity and so our business was born: Tortillas Los Angeles, LLC. Named after my son and I.

Our goal is to make the best quality corn products including tortillas, sopes and tlacoyos. We are proud to bring the food from the field to the table. We are a family farm and hope to continue growing our corn and our business in Wisconsin
