This artwork represents an ongoing effort on my part to integrate my painting into the woods. The art, four 4 inch x 4 inch x 4 foot posts (illuminated by solar caps) represented a path to a sacred place, that being the gravesite of a dear friend. This individual, David McLimans, lived his life as an advocate for peace and justice as well as wholeheartedly expressing grave (pun intended) concern and care for our shared environment.
