Growing up outside of Washington, D.C., Joel Wish had formal training in oil painting and sculpture at an early age. He studied sculpture and ceramics at Alfred University and has had some training in watercolor, oil painting, and pastel. While art has been a life-long hobby this was be his first attempt at environmental art.
