Dr. Marilyn Chohaney
Past Board Member

Marilyn is a UW family doctor and also performs as a freelance flutist in the Madison area. She and her husband, David, also a family doctor, worked in the Public Health Service in rural Alaska with the Yupik Eskimo population before locating to the Madison area, where they soon met Gene and Linda in the 1980s. She is a practical person, trying hard to make the world a better place through simple actions of kindness, connecting people to the earth through farms and food, and bringing people together on common ground. She and her husband live in the Town of Verona.

Dr. Chohaney joined the Farley Center Board in 2015 and served as Vice-Chair during her time on the Board.
